The 50% advance reserves your slot in our schedule and covers discovery and initial production. It is non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed and third-party costs already incurred. Anything paid beyond that is refunded within 10 working days.

Retainers and ad management can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice. The current month is not refundable, since the work is already scheduled and staffed.

Money paid directly to Meta, Google or other ad platforms is controlled by them. Unused balance stays in your ad account; we cannot refund platform spend.

IRCTC, airline and hotel bookings follow the operator's own cancellation rules and charges. Our service fee for completing a booking is non-refundable once the booking is made.

If we are unable to complete agreed work, we refund the unearned portion of your payment in full.
