01Accepting these terms

By using this site, sending an enquiry or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

02Services and scope

Each project is defined by a written quotation or proposal covering deliverables, timeline and price. Anything not listed there is out of scope and will be quoted separately.

03Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, brand assets, approvals and feedback on time.
  • Give the account access needed for the work, and keep the underlying subscriptions active.
  • Ensure the content you supply is lawful and that you own the rights to it.

04Account access and credentials

Where you grant access to platforms such as Google, Gmail, YouTube, Meta, hosting or a domain registrar, that access is used only for the agreed work and is removed at the end of the engagement or on your request. Access can be revoked by you at any time; work that depends on it may pause until it is restored.

05Timelines

Estimated timelines assume prompt responses. Delays in content, approvals or access shift the delivery date accordingly.

06Payments

  • Projects require 50% advance; the balance is due before final handover or go-live.
  • Retainers and ad management fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • Advertising spend, domains, hosting, plugins and third-party licences are billed at cost and are your responsibility.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. Prolonged non-payment may pause work.

07Revisions

Each quotation includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional rounds or changes to an approved direction are charged at our hourly rate.

08Ownership

On full payment, you own the final deliverables and the content you supplied. We keep ownership of our internal tools, frameworks and reusable components, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

09Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, payment gateways, ad networks, booking systems or app stores. Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, rejections or price changes.

10Warranty and support

We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of handover at no cost. This does not cover new features, third-party breakages or changes made by others.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected work in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, revenue or data.

12Cancellation

Either side may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date; advances covering completed work are non-refundable.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in West Bengal having jurisdiction.
